Refund & Returns Policy — Level Shoes


We want you to love every purchase from Level Shoes.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns
You may return unworn and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• All tags and labels must still be attached.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the product.


2. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• For defective or incorrect items, Level Shoes will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@levelshoes.co.za.


4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items


5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
