Level Shoes is an online-based store delivering premium sneakers and apparel nationwide across South Africa.
We partner with trusted couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Processing may take slightly longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email or SMS with courier details.
2. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa only.
Deliveries are handled by:

• Bob Go
• and other reliable partners
We deliver to valid street addresses only (no PO Boxes).

4. Shipping Costs
• Free standard shipping for orders of R1500 and above.
• A flat rate of R99 applies for orders below R1500.
• Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
If tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days, please contact us.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or damaged, notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll investigate with the courier and either resend the order or issue a refund under our Refund Policy.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been dispatched yet.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
8. Important Notes
• Level Shoes reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to incorrect address details or suspected fraud.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error originated from our side.
• All deliveries are trackable for transparency and safety.
